Bold Color DIY: Victorian Dining Room Makeover

Dining Room
H&H’s Reiko Caron was inspired to take on an eye-catching DIY paint project in this old Victorian home. With a beautiful bay window, high ceilings and incredible crown moulding, it was the perfect place to get creative with paint. Inspired by the BEHR 2021 Colour Trends Palette, she chose a light blue for the walls, trim and ceiling, contrasting it with a deep burgundy stripe along the ceiling, bay window and floor. Yes, the floor! This dramatic stripe was an easy DIY that makes a big impact in the dining room. You’ll be inspired to pick up a paint brush and transform a space in your home!
