The Schon family downsized into a self-built Tiny House on wheels with 3 bedrooms and a catio! The kids’ rooms are super fun, with themes, murals, and fun ways to climb into the space. They currently live in a Tiny House Village, where they pay $600 a month for parking and utilities. Their house cost only $45,000 (estimated) to build.
